Payment
Thanks for your business with us, and now, for the payment, we accept by Credit Card payment for your orders, after which orders will be dispatched. This can also include special fees or billing charges, shipping taxes.
Please note that for Visa and Mastercard you will require to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit Card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards you will be required to give your 15 digit card number and 4 digit code.
Shipping
We pride ourselves in getting your order to you in the quickest, most efficient way possible. We know how excited you are. All orders are sent via courier – door to door.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping is FREE for all orders!
Once dispatched you can expect delivery to your door within 10-30 business days.
SHIPPING TIME:
- All orders made before 12:00 on Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) will be sent out on the same day.
- Any orders made after 12:00 pm on Monday – Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be sent out latest, the morning after your order.
- Orders made on a Friday after 12:00 will be sent out on the following Monday.
- Orders made on a Public Holiday will be sent out on the next working day.
- Orders generally take 2-3 working days to be delivered.
